• All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

3. Taxes and Duties:

• Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties incurred on returned items.

4. Shipping Considerations:

• Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
